get some thing in clearance at like wal-mart or target, keep it for like 4 years and sell it.  make sure its nothing seasonal.

If you go to ebay and look up auctions by seller rcl_1979, he has a pdf file telling you how to make money on ebay and I bought it and i made 4000 my first month just following the steps. ill list the item no i bought but you will have to look at his other items because im sure that its an expired auction.

Well, I can only assume the idea there is to buy low on EBay in order to sell high OFFLINE (newspaper ad, etc)

Dunno, but I can promise you that if several other people are already doing anything, the profit and the opportunity have both left the situation.
