I'd like to know witch transmission can I use other than one off of a Super coupe any info would be very helpful

  1. As you can see, Ford made all the stuff to do it.  It's up to you to round it up!  Fun project, if you like this sort of thing ( I sure do).

  3. You wont. The super coupe wont fit either unless you can find someone to make an adapter plate, OR you will need to get a Mustang motor/tranny combo. After that you will need new tranny/motor mounts, axles, shift linkages, hydraulic lines, clutch master cylinder, ECU, COMPLETE wiring harness from the Mustang motor, center console to accept the shift lever, shift boot, shift k**b, the three pedal assembly because the brake pedal is too large in an automatic to sllow travel for the clutch pedal, and I'm probably forgetting a few things, but all in all to do it SAFELY AND CORRECT you will spend between $4,000-$6,000 in parts and labor.
