I want to make something exciting for lunch?

ok so i dont have anything crazy but something thats easy to make, doesn't take to long and that's good! anyone have any ideas.?

i just had 2grilled cheese sands.one had a fried egg in it.and tomato soup and pepsi to drink omg it was good..

I don't know what you mean by exciting, but you could make deviled eggs,  that's easy.

Add a macaroni salad, with toppings such as chopped onion, shredded cheese, sunflower seeds, frozen peas,

For the drink, make orange smoothies.

Cheese Rolls.

Spread sandwich bread with butter or margarine and sprinkle with grated tasty cheese along the centre third and fold into 3.

Place under a heated grill, and toast turning when the first side is done. Spread with butter on the top and serve.

Options; add some spring onions, chives or garlic chives, spread bread with butter and vegemite, or make with cold mince.

Options; To toast, use a sandwich press, George Foreman Grill etc.

6 of those will fill you up.

I would finish with a cream bun or a small cake like a Lammington.

Here's a chicken wrap my husband loves and it's quick and easy! I go to allrecipes.com to try out a lot of new recipes:

Serving size of 6

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained and flaked

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup ranch dressing

4 tablespoons fresh salsa

salt and pepper to taste

6 (10 inch) flour tortillas

12 lettuce leaves







DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl combine the chicken, onion, ranch, salsa, salt and pepper. Mix together.

Line each tortilla with two lettuce leaves, then divide chicken salad mixture evenly among each tortilla and roll up, or 'wrap'.
