Another suggestion is to write and illustrate a story about "The time Aunty and I went ... and this happened", or "One funny story I remember about Aunty is..."

you could make her dinner or cookies or something. a scrapbook maybe.. or a mix of music she likes.

If you know her well make her a gift basket of her favorite foods. I did that for my BF's b-day. I baked him his favorite cookies and put them in a basket with all his favorite candy bars, snacks and a few of his favorite sodas (in glass bottles). (Got them from Bevmo) He was stoked. He asked if I had a list of all his favorite things, and I said nope, I just know what you like. :0) You can get a cheap cute basket at the $0.99 store, and if you're really tricky you can get that clear gift basket plastic wrap at Joann's (craft store).

Could you expand on your question a bit?  How old are you and your aunt?  Is this for a special occasion, or just because you love her?

As an aunt, I love any handmade or thoughtfully done cards, gifts, cookies- like I said - anything done with love, is great in my book!  

How about a letter or card telling her how much she means to you, any specialy memories of times you've spent together and a current photo of yourself?  I'd love that!
