  1. Hate to say it, but Microsoft has lots of nice templates for use in Word or Powerpoint to use that are highly customizable, but it can be made with any good graphics editor of which may or may not be installed on your computer.

    I recommend Photoshop or similar, but you might try with the following free programs:
