right, i have my pack of 500g pork mince and my jar of sweet and sour sauce. how should i make my pork meatballs? do i put an egg into it to make it stick? my pork mince is 95 percent fat free so there isnt a load of fat to keep it moist and hold it together. is one egg too much? i made my steak mince too moist last time and it fell apart in a soggy mess but i also added milk that time. should i skip the egg and just add a small amount of milk? should i just use egg yolk? what do i use? i DO NOT have bread crumbs so cant use that if i make the meat mix too moist.

also, what spices do i add to my pork mince if im using sweet and sour sauce with it? onion? garlic? ginger?... chili?? or do i stick with pork stuff like sage? thanks =)
