I dont know where to get the supplies, or like how to clasp the hooks.

Im going to Hobby Lobby / ACE Hardware tomorrow and I dont know what to get.

Where can I find the chain?

Hobby Lobby use to sell chain by the yard. Just ask a clerk what you need to make the clasp.

Fire Mountain Gems and Beads online has a zillion things, you can look there too.

A hardward store should have little tiny locks. If not try Wal Mart.

The chain looks very similar to those that you can attach to wallets. If you go to any rock/alternative boy store you will probably find them :)
