This is the easiest way to do that:

Go to http://www.yahoo.com/

On the upper left side of page and above the Yahoo Banner, click on "Make Y! your home page".

Follow the prompts.

1 ) Go to tools

2 ) Internet options

3 ) Type the address you want as your home page

4 ) Click OK

1.Go to your internet browser

2. Go to yahoo.com

3.Look on the top left corner

4.Then click on "Make yahoo your homepage"

Go to My Yahoo! page and right click on URL and copy the URL,then from menu bar click on Tools>Internet Options and in Home Page tab paste the URL and click on OK, then it becomes your Home Page .
