  1. The K-1 is the fastest way to get him to the US. I think it ends up costing more, but since you aren't going to India, I don't think you have another option.

The forms you want from the USCIS are the I-129f and the I-130. Start with those. You'll also want to start gathering evidence and supporting documents. Keep all your phone records and emails. You have to prove an ongoing relationship that has lasted 2 years.

Check out www.visajourney.com. They have guides for filing K-1 petitions (fiance visas) and forums, etc.

  2. first of all you will need to have met your boy friend  in person  and well documented  with pics   travel documents  visa.s   hotel  receipts   phone logs     emails  after you have all this documentation you will file an i129 for him. upon his arrival   you marry within the 90 days  then file for an adjustment of hi status    forget the idea  of US citizenship  beign a MI resident has no importance  but your status   does  if yourself are a student forget it  this is for US citizens    that file fro finace visa

  3. The K-1 Visa is a non-immigrant visa. He gets the visa, comes here, marries you and a whole other set of paperwork needs to be done. Anyways the state department handles this. Check out the website below I think it will help get you started.

  4. the immigration takes all application for this sort of situation,

fret not, it is not that hard once you get started, go to this page, at the USCIS,

    http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...

i have put you on the right page, read the instruction on how to,

  5. well using the ky could get him to the us faster

  6. consult an immigration attorney

  7. my husband is from india and and got a k-1 visa through a lawyer but we did most of the work ourselves it took 4 years for him to get here and once he gets here to the states you will have to get married within 90 days thats how long the k-1 visa is good for once he reaches here and then apply for adjust status.

so i suggest going through USCIS

if you want we can corraspond by email or messenger
