I want to marry my partner, he has been deported,can i get legal aid lawyer.?

i have been with my partner for 16 months, we plan to marry, he has been deported just because he overstayed, he has done nothing else wrong, he is not a criminal, he just fell in love with me that's all.no crime in that, he tried to seek asylum but it failed, what can i do to get him back home.

You're not entitled to legal aid for an immigration issue.  You're not the one in legal trouble.

By overstaying his visa, your partner did commit a criminal act and was properly deported.  You and partner need an immigration lawyer.  

Your other option is to move to where he lives and marry him.  But, of course, do pay proper attention to the immigration laws of HIS country if you do so.

He's not going to be allowed back for at least 10 years.  You might think about moving to his country, getting married and living there with him.

He is back home following deportation. There are bans from re-entry following deportation. With denial of asylum, he has failed to meet criteria for asylum status. Perhaps, he should have tried a different method of establishing status.

Legal aid is not used for immigration. However, some immigration lawyers provide free information on websites. Here is one such site.

First of all he is a criminal and I'm not positive but I hope once he is caught that disqualifies him from any chance at citizenship. You should just go to him. I'm sure you could make a better life for yourself if you join him.
