I want to marry people in WA state how do I register the marriage to make it legal. ?

I was ordained by Universal Life Church on the internet. I ordered material but lost it. Now I want to officiate marriages but I don't know the laws of WA. state. I need to know how to register the marriage and how much time after the wedding do I have to get it all in and to where do I send it? Anyone who lives in this state and has officiated marriage please answer.

I got married in WA state and have a ton of friends who were ordained online from the ULC.  The couple needs to pick up a marriage license at the court house, wait 3 days, and then bring the license to the wedding.  After you preform the ceremony, the license needs to be signed by the bride and groom, two witnesses, and then you.  After the wedding, the couple needs to return the license to the courthouse to be filed, in which they will then received their wedding certificate. Then its official. Thats absolutely it.
