I want to marry someone from mexico. how can i get him a visa or permission to come and stay in the us with me

i heard i can request permission to bring him to the us. Then they will give us 90 days to get married her in the us. then when we get married he will get a visa and i can get him papers and he can stay here legally with me. Is this still true and if it is how can I do this? Who would I need to call, or go see?

Once you apply for  fiancee visa, you will still need to wait at least  6 months longer.

you need to apply for a fiance visa , you will have 90 days to get married after arrival,

mind you the wait is very long .
