i'm a canadian but have lived in africa all my life. i have a bachelors degree in the biological sciences. want to start-over in canada.

If you are a Canadian, then you are certainly able to come over and look for work. As for a job search, it really depends on what kind of work you want to do. Having a baccalaureate in biological sciences will certainly look good on a resume but you really need to narrow your search for what you want to do with a baccalaureate.
