  1. Do it! Go for it!

Blue and orange looks great together. There is a reason for that. If you were to look at a color wheel blue would be opposite of orange and therefore it compliments it.

So, if you add a few orange flowers to the bouquets or wear them on your hair. It will only pop the blue more. It will look very pretty.

  2. shades of blue and silver sounds very classic. nix the orange. it doesn't seem like it would mesh well together

  3. Go Bears!!!

  4. Sounds like the Denver Broncos too me.  I really don't like those colors together.

Shades of blue and silver would be beautiful- I would not add in the orange though.

  5. Go classic and add as your cake topper, a bride and groom inside the General Lee!

  6. Don't throw the theme off. Be very subtle.

Hair pins in rusty orange or bronze would be nice.

Flower petals in orange around the cake and on the table would be pretty.

    Good luck :)

  7. We are doing blue and orange as well and since blue and orange are complimentary colors it's a good scheme. We are also using silver as our accent!

We are having bright turquoise blue BM dresses and vests and ties. All of the flowers are orange: lilies, roses, dahlias, etc. It looks amazingly bright and fresh, just what we wanted! Our tables will be decorated with huge, falling flower arrnagements in orange. The clothes and napkins are blue that matches the dresses and vests. My dress is champagne and the colors look outstanding together.

You can carry hints of orange into your cake, flowers, and centerpieces as well as programs. Subtle hints will def spice it up and it will look great!

    Good luck!

  8. Blue and silver sounds lovely and classic.  Adding a touch of orange will make it more personal and will be just as nice.  If it's not too late, talk to your florist about what's in season/available in your area to add just a pop of color to your bridesmaids boquets and to the center pieces.  Perhaps you can print menu cards or place holders on orange stock or use orange ink on light blue.  Maybe you can work it into the bathroom baskets, on the guest table.

At our wedding, we put out mini bouttonniers/corsages for our guests to wear.  Basically, it was just a small orchid and a pin on a pretty plate with a sign that said Take One.  You could find a pretty blue or silver plate and put orange blossoms and pins out for guests to take one.  Our guests loved getting a flower-it sort of made everyone feel like they were really special and a part of the event.

Just don't overdo it and try to get orange everywhere!  Good luck, it sounds beautiful.

  9. i don't think u should add the orange. one it is a bit too late and plus it kinda doesn't go. also if u do decide it please don't pick a bright orange. or it will look like you have a whole bunch of traffic cones at ur wedding

  10. Orange will throw off your color scheme.  The blues and silver are very clean.  Stick to that.  Adding orange now is adding unnecessary stress.  Plus, orange???

  11. I couldnt seem to come up with any photos of blue and orange weddings

you could add oranges, tangeriens or peaches to the tables centerpeices in blue bowls

some peach colored flowers or ribbons on the flowers

  12. I love that pool blue and orange together - use silver very sparingly. Some ideas -
