I want to move out from my dads house in virginia because im not happy

freshman year my parents divorced because my dad moved to the east coast for a new job and he guilt tripped me into moving in with him.... ive always held a grudge against him for it and dont give him the easiest times anymore. I want to move back in with my mom in california for my senior year and got o college in california but i am to scared to tell my dad this because i feel like i will really hurt his feelings and i cant stand doing that. Plus i have a court date for a misdimeanor and i dont know if i have to go back to VA for that. I am in CA now and i have to go back in a week... idk what to do i love it here and lived in CA for 10 years b4 i moved and i dont feel happy on the east coast but im very confused

Talk to your parents - they'll advise you on what you should do - I mean at your age you should know what you want - but yes it is confusing...
