You need to offer them something so take a look at what they are short of (professional wise) although I wouldnt take up a career just to get in, you need to enjoy what you do.

Careers in the health and medical fields are very much in demand. Also, careers in IT and software engineering are in demand in certain regions. Find something you like and you are good at and do some research - the best employers for that field, the best region for that field, the best universities for that field. Study, get some internships, get some contacts in that industry and you'll be fine.
