I want to move to Germany?

but I'm not so sure how. I plan on doing so after I finish med school (yes, i took German in College) when I'm around 25/26. What are the legal papers and processes and procedures I will have to go through? Is there anything I should know? [like any quirks or something.]

Where are you from? I obtained a teaching post graduate degree and was able to apply to work as a freelance English teacher here in northern Germany. Most employers of English schools prefer you  to be a native English speaker to apply for work as a freelance teacher here. It was relatively easy once I found a job. I found a job one day and left for Germany in three weeks and have been here for about 15 months or so.I had to apply for a freelance visa but that was easy since I had a contract from my employer. It's all legal and the process took about twenty minutes and cost about 50 euros. I speak German too, as I learned it in university, but I am also taking refresher courses at the moment as well. go and get your passport.

no visa is needed if us citizen  once in germany  you need to go to the rathaus (city hall ) to get a residence permit ( aufent halts ) genehmigung than look for a job also you need a work permit (arbeits genehmigung ) in order to work

Germany is fabulous, it is great that you want to live there! Well i really don't know what to tell you, other than you will need a passport, and most likely some sort of green card or working permit when you there. sorta like we have a visa here. but i could be wrong
