  1. try russia

  2. What nationality are you?

  3. If you have recently been a student you can get a 4 month work permit to Ireland from Bunac (www.bunac.org).  If you go as a tourist you will have to leave and re-enter every 3 months to get a new tourist visa, and you won't be able to work.  I moved to England where I was able to get a 6 month work permit from Bunac and now I am studying in England on a student visa.  Another option is New Zealand, bunac offers a 1 year work permit for NZ.  It is easier to get visas if you have skills that are wanted in the country so you have something to offer.  The UK has a skilled migrant visa program that gives you points depending on your age, your previous salary, and the degrees you hold.  An MBA can practically get you an instant visa.
