I want to move to america but i have medical problems dose it effect it?

It depends on what kind of ailment you have and the seriousness of it. your age should not hold you back at all.

Yes, medical problems can act as a bar to admission. Section 212(a)(1) deals with the grounds of inadmissibility on mental or physical grounds.

Plus, if you are likely to need to depend on government subsistence or long term care at government expense, that's another bar to admission.

It would all depend on which medical problem you have. If you have AIDS, you're out of luck. If you have a bad teeth, that's different.

Hey come on over.  Just contact the A C L U.  You are talking about the old days when they didn't let people in that had contagious diseases, but don't worry about that now because the ACLU and fruitcakes have done away with that.

Also once in go to a real good hospitals emergency room and they have to fix you for free.  If you have something real bad try not to give to a bunch of people in the subway or on a bus or whtever, at the mall.

But come on over.  You may not want to after knowing this  cause anyone can bring in anything and millions come here illegaly each years adn many sick with new stuff and old stuff the JS stamped out years ago. But its free and don't worry if there are a ton of people that are illegal there, the corporations set it up this way so they don't have to pay workers comp.  Later.

PS if you got ads, be careful cause if you give it to a bunch of people they can sue you.

I do know that they will do a physical, not sure what they are looking for. I think they just may be looking for contagious things like AIDS etc

ADD: my husbad just told me (brit moved here to america) that all they were interested in was whether or not he had TB or AIDS and wanted to make sure all his shots were up to date.  They didn't even give him a full physical he left his clothes on
