I want to move to live in CASTELLDEFELS (Catelonia),Spain how much it will cost for (me with my wife) to live?

I want to live there in order to get the Phd degree From UPC,I have a scholarship with 1190 Euro,Does its good to cover (house+live) for two persons (me and my wife)???

well...a rented apartment could be between 600-900 € a month approximately so it's not much 1190 € (if they're monthly...another thing would be if this is weekly).
