I want to move to puerto rico after i get my B.A. in human services. I need advise?

If I stay in CA, I will enroll in grad school to get my masters in couseling. My ultimate goal is to be an academic college advisor. However, a dream of mine would be to move to an island like puerto rico after i've graduated and find a professional job with my B.A.
