The near profile picture you provided isn't doing you any justice.  Perhaps you have a 'head on' shot of your face?  Maybe posting one with you looking face front into the camera will show what you really look like.  The angle you're providing shows absolutely all of your flaws, while a 'head on' shot can show a truer image, emphasizing your potential.

    My vote is you try to get part of the way in your current country first.

    It will be eaiser to take possible failure if you take less of a risk.
