I want to name my child 'Doreen Muffinpoo Kazanka Jimmothy III' is that a good name for our son?

are you out of your head... :( anyway doreen is a girls name. muffinpoo isnt even a name andwould cause your son to get bullied. kazanka sounds like a parent who was drunk and on drugs made it up. jimmothy is taking the micky as its too old and 111 is just plain ridiculous becasue its what they would have done for the royals 200 years ago....

Doreen is a girl's name and not a very good one.  Muffinpoo is definitely a bad name and will get him teased mercilessly.  Kazanka is unusual, but I can't really say anything against it.  Jimmothy is odd and will be hard to live with.

All in all, I think this is not a good name for a child of either gender.

Were you serious about this crazy name?  I sincerely hope not.
