I want to open a restaurant?

that only serves carnival/fair foods. What are your favorites? And would you frequent a restaurant like this, or do you prefer to only get these things at carnivals or fairs?

I would go cuz carnivals are dirty. So are you going to sell burgers and funnel cakes? cuz thats my favorite.
