  1. FIRST HELP YOURSELF.

  2. You need to get a very impassioned group of LOCAL people together who support your idea. You all need to pool your resources and determine how much you each can give, in cash, to this start up endeavor. You need to get letters of endorsement from existing organizations (like orphanages and hospitals) saying your organization is needed, and you need to have data that shows your target group is in need whatever service it is that you want to provide and that they are not served otherwise. You need to have a written draft of what your first year's budget would look like (what expenses you expect to incur, what you expect to pay staff, etc.) and how much money local people themselves will contribute to this endeavor.

You also need to talk to the government about what you need to do to form a nonprofit, and follow the procedures.

And once you have done all this, you take all of the letters of endorsement and budgets and other written material you have prepared, and you start meeting with government officials, local businesses, and international corporations and international NGOs with local offices, and you present to them your proposal for funding in a very professional manner, in-person. This is how you find donors/sponsors for your work.
