  1. Contact reputed CA in your locality and go ahead. You may take a help of stock broker and your Bankers. open demate account through your bankers.


  2. Yes, you can. Apart from other formalities to open a company, you are expected to take the permission from SEBI ( Stock Exchange Bureau of India ) located at Mumbai. Contact them or visit your nearest Stock Exchange for more details. I wish you good luck.
