Well actually no rules of law govern paying guest accomodation unless u want to turn them into permanent lodging and boarding facility

just take id proof of the person who is living as paying guest

2 passport size photo

and his company of his institution id where he is studying or working.....

if possible give these proofs to nearest police office.......

and better made a written document
