I want to own a fashion store...?

I want to own a fashion store like Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal and Forever 21.

-What program should i take? (say... if i go to Art Institute)

-How would i be able to start it?

- i would like to expand it if business gets good

well you would be a franchise? you just need money to start it.

.   Bill Gates dropped out of college.  You don't need any classes to do what you want.  You can take Economics classes.  You need ambition and you need support from family.  See if they will invest with you.
