I want to paint my living room but the rain won't stop!!!?

Hi All,

I finally went to HD and got my paint. But now the rain won't stop!!! It is suppose to be sunny tomorrow, but then the rain is suppose to start back up again and last until atleast Wednesday. I have an air conditioner and a dehumidifier. Would that do the trick? I really want a change in my livingroom but I DON'T want to see mold growing on my walls.... What do you think? Should I paint or just wait it out?

Ah I have never seen an issue with mold or anything like that when it is raining out. Keep the windows closed. And if you can stand it, when you finish painting, run the dehumidifier and run a space heater in the middle of the room- it will help the paint dry despite the dampness. I painted my daughters floor and ceiling the other day when it was pouring- I just ran a space heater AND fan and it dried with no problems.
