I want to paint my room, what product should I use to fix quarter size wholes and maybe paint chips?

A small tub of drywall patch is $3-$5 and Primer  (KILZ) is under $10. Remove any loose paint or drywall from around the hole. Fill it with drywall compound using your putty knife and let it dry. (read the directions for drying time)  It may shrink a little so you may need to put a second application on it.  It should be a little higher than the surface of the wall and it should extend past the edges of the hole onto the wall.  After it's dry lightly sand it until it feels flat.  Run your hand over it.  You can tell.  Prime it with primer.  You can buy it in quart size if you don't need a gallon or you can buy a can of spray primer if that's all you need.  Paint chips can be fixed the same way. Just sand them down first.  After you do that you may not need to fill them if they aren't too deep.  YOU CAN DO THIS!  IT"S EASY!!!  GOOD LUCK!

First of all you need to choose a colour ,so if you have or plan to shop for a new bedspread you can pick the colour that is the strongest and make that the colour of the wall. To fix holes,you will need a bit of masking tape a small tub of Poly fill  a spatula a  sheet of sand paper to sand it down ,then prime the walls before painting . About the price  it depends on the paint that you purchase, I like the Debbie Travis collection.I have painted several rooms with the egg shell finish and I really like it , but it's all a matter of choices.

Use a putty knife to clean the paint chips off the wall and Use some spackle to cover the holes or you can use sparkler's tape Good Luck

Just go to Lowes or Home Depot tell em what you need (light weight wall patch) and they will fix you right up.  $3-$10.... You also need a 4" putty knife and some fine sand paper....
