it'd be cool to get some color ideas for furniture too i guess. i was thinking about getting a black bed comforter but i don't want black to overwhelm my room because i'm also getting a black cushion chair.

  1. yes you can but your room wiil be a bit dark. you must see if there are enough light come in.

  2. a nice cream color or a darkish beige. maybe like bee balm or fairy's glitter on the website below. (if for some reason it doesn't work i got the colors off of kelly moore paints) also a blue like Ahoy!blue or a plum like Red Alert or American Rose.

  3. i was thinking of painting my room deep red too.... but then my mom said that it would be too dark... my fav color is deep deep red so i decided that when i paint my room im going to paint it deep red on the ceiling and one wall with the other walls cherry jubile or plum or violet or brighy orangs. Im going for a indian themed room with a lot of cusions and a cool rug plus see through fabric  on the ceiling.

    I hope i helped!!!!

  4. orange furniture is best or light brown

  5. The colours you can use are: white,  Off-White,  light-brown,  yellow... I think iot will be best if you consult with an interior-decorator  or an interior designer... They can give you the best solution.... Anyway... GOOD LUCK!...

  6. Gold, Silver, Black,

    Pink

  7. For deep red, I would suggest you to get lighter shades like white, cream, ;light pink, light purple. pick any color you like but just make sure they won't darken your room..just pick lighter colors and it'll be a good contrast..  i would say any light color would go your bright red..Good Luck

  8. mauve

    gold

    ivory

    olive green

    tan

    chocolate brown

    navy

    sage

  9. a cream, or something like that would be cool.

I was thinking purple at first....but that seems a little to much. I would pick a lighter color.

  10. It depends what shade of red. There are' hot' reds, with a lot of yellow in them, like scarlet or blood red and 'cool' reds like burgundy, fuchsia or crimson.

Red and black looks good and you can have 'accent' colours in a bright cushion or throw. For scarlet, grey, turquoise or beige makes a good contrast and for pinky reds, grey again, blue, lime green or purple.
