I want to permanant dye over semi-permanant ? Yes or no ?

I dyed my hair with manic panic vampire red like a month ago, and it still isnt out no matter how many times i try. But i need 2 have it black like really soon, so should i just use permanant black ?

since you already dyed your hair i would recommend using a semi permanent color to dye it black just so you don't do any damage to your hair.
