I want to plan a vacation within a year or so?

I just got a job making a lot more money. My boyfriend and I are going to pay off a lot of our bills early, but we want to go on a cruise for our anniversary that's coming up in a year and a half. I wanted to know if anyone has been on an all inclusive cruise and can recommend any good cruise lines? I want something that when I pay the ticket it includes all the food and pays for most everything besides like gambling. Something geared towards couples maybe? I'm not sure where I want it to go either, somewhere beautiful! Anyway thanks so much in advance :)
