I want to plan my 18th birthday party...?

I want to make it a nightclub theme party, I want to rent out a place and get a DJ, but other than that I don't want to spend TOO much money on it! So what do you think are some good ideas for a nightclub themed party? expensive or cheap.

Dj's can be pricey, anyone who has a computer and some good speakers can do a good job, for a lot cheaper and then go to a renatl place, for weddings and party's and rent some cool lights and smoke machines, I bet it would be way cheaper.

I would maybe visit some local pawn shops and look for a fogger or disco lights. You could go to some yard sells and look for a tiki bar.

its gonna be expensive with a nightclub theme and a dj.rent a skating rink if you can and decorate it and hook a mp3 or ipod to a boombox and play your fav jamz.
