I'm 19 years old, just start play rugby this year. This is my first year. I had never play before. I wish to play Loose forward (flanker) .Anyone could help me make a rugby self-training plan? So I can do more self practice. I real want to spend more time to do more practice, so I could catch up my mates one day, my mates are very good. Oh, I live in New Zealand by the way.
