I have played online poker before using debit cards purchased with cash. I want to get back in the game but I cannot use my bank account because my parents control it and would find out. The easiest thing you could do is buy a Visa All Access Gift Card from a grocery store.  They come in cards as low as $25.  There is generally a fee associated but it usually isn't more than $4 for a $25 card.  You can pay for these in cash or debit card without anything showing up on a statement, other than the amount.  When using this method, make sure you use the All Access Gift Card.  I know it sounds like  a sales pitch, but other cards, like Green Dot and Vanilla do not work on gambling sites.  Their companies put filters on these cards that block transactions to gambling sites, whereas All Access has no gambling filter.  It works just like a credit card.
