I want to post an offer to the new group but the post option is not listed .?

How do I post , if there is no post option ? Does it take 24 hours because i'm a new member to the group ?

Maybe you are moderated and it takes time for the moderator to approve your messages.

At the time you receive emails from the group moderator and from Yahoo that you have been accepted into the group, you should be able to sign in to the group and start posting offers.

I have only joined one freecycle group where the Post option was not on the group site.  The owner failed to change the posting option to Members so members could not post.  I sent her an email to ask why I couldn't post.  She immediately checked it out and fixed it.  You could contact your group's owner - the list owner's email addy is at the bottom of the group's home page.
