  1. Bad idea, remember that you will have to deal with the EPA.


  2. Visit any service station they will give you the information needed

  3. Buy a can of branded anti-freeze and dilute it as the instructions. The chemicals used are quite toxic and difficult to buy in small quantities, so home production is nor really an option

  4. a degree in chemistry  might be helpful

    you will need to patent you're formular and make sure that noone else already has

    and why is your product better

    get someone else to produce it for you might be an easy answer
