u will get in the shops or in the shops shown by advertisements.on tv but i will advice u not to go for it as my daughter had that and its nothing but use less.they r just befooling the customer and also because of the heat generated in that creates a problem in the waist area  or where its used  so better not to use it and take some good method to reduce u r waist or weight by other means .I have told u the truth rest is up to u.Its just lying idle in my daughters place now as it had side effectss and she has totally stopped it.
