i put in an offer only $500 less than what they're asking. i thought it couldn't hurt!?! i've been searching online for a website or two that will educate me on haggling deals specifically for bank repo'd cars. any help finding a website or your advice is much appreciated!!

  1. they may not give any more on the price of it the banks are not wanting to loose any more money than they have already lost on the vehicle,if they wont give id find another vehicle, there's no way to haggle with them they set a price and stick to it most of the time, their not like car dealers they know exactly what they need to get from the vehicle to break even and that may be their bottom dollar on the car, good luck.

  2. Deal directly with the bank. They do sometimes accept a lower offer just to be able to liquidate the item. You don't need a website to negotiate. Just tell them how much you will give. If they make a counter offer, decide if it is fair and either say yes or no. Make sure you find out what the current market value is for the car before making a final offer.
