I bought artistic skates for my daughter this week, she takes lessons and will be competing in her skates this September and her coach told her to get Sure -Grip FAME APPRENTICE, they are good reasonably priced skates, about $100.00. I don't know what is foreign to you, but I'm in Ohio and these skates are made in the U. S. A. Skates can run between $50.00 and $1000.00 but especially for non competitive, new skaters I don't think the expensive skate would ever be needed. I bought her skates from skate.com, but I bought other skates off of Ebay. Shop around, Good Luck.

the cost of hypers is Rs.2800 and liners is Rs.965 and the loest is rollers skates is Rs.400 . these are almost right as i am myself 13 yrs old
