No, unless you have highly unusual skills that a US employer can't find in the States it will be next to impossible.

*Entering* the U.S. is the same if you had a master's or not. Your education is of little concern, however you do not state the *purpose* for your entrance in to the U.S, if you mean for employment then no it is not easy. You are still bound by the same procedures: find an employer, get them to sponsor you and wait in the lottery which comes around one a year for an H1B.

There is a program called the cultural exchange program that allows you to come into the United States for practical training for periods of 4 to 18 months dependidng on what your degree is in.

It does not require sponsoship from the host company and is relatively easy to get as long as your credentials and position match.
