  1. Remember one thing: There is justice for all as long as they can pay for it. That means that court cases are going to cost money. Lawyers are not inexpensive, so you better have a good reason to enforce the copyright.

If you risk losing lots of money from someone stealing your work, by all means consult an attorney that specializes in this matter, and utilize his council and advice. Then, concentrate on your work!

    Good luck.

  2. You put the © tag at the bottom with the year and copyright all rights reserved.

What that means is you hold all rights and choose to use them at will.

People will use them whether you like it or not, or will use them as a base.  Your copyright only truly comes effective when you enforce it.  The trick is, you have to prove they violated it and when yours came into effect.

  3. Here is a FREE place to Advertise Your Website - Business.

    http://createinfo.com/

Plus they DON'T make you put a link to their site on your Website!

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of any of the pages on the site below and you will see each one is protected by Copyscape.  The banner chosen there is small and unobtrusive, but you do have a choice.

To apply for this go to www.copyscape.com
