Well first you have to take a picture of yourself.  Then you need to get the photo to your computer.  If you use a cell phone, you upload it to your picture service.  If you use a digital device, then you have to connect it to your PC, most likely with a USB cable.  Once you have the photo on your PC, saved, go to a image hosting website, such as imageshack.us.  Upload the photo there by following the instructions, and then copy and paste the direct link to these forums.

Well, just link it onto to the qustion area.....copy and paste the a jpg will come up...well that is how it works on mine. Also if you have a myspace the you can link it to your page then they can see you.. also facebook you can do the same thing.
