  1. Hi, I asked a similar question a while back, got a great answer:

    My preference would be Seagate HDD

    Hard drive upgrade requirements...

    - Laptop hard drive

    - Must be Serial ATA (SATA)

    - Must be 2.5” drive

    - Only 5,400 rpm

    - Cache = 8MB
