I want to put bullhorn handlebars on my Cannondale. Can I mount my shifters and brakes on them?

I wantj to put Nitto 021 handlebars on my cannondale bad boy. I know it's not a track bike but i like the bullhorn handlebars. If I buy them will I be able to mount shifters and brakes on the base of the handlebars? New biker...thanks.

Of course, although i use gripshifts on my aerobars rather than the ones mounted on the brake levers.
