I want to put on some weight because i'm very skinny but still want to eat healthily.?

i always eat alot but don't seem to put on any weight. could you suggest something that will build my muscles and put weight on very quickily.

  3. Make sure that your three meals a day are all quite substantial...

    for breakfast dont just have one thing, have a few - i.e. cereal AND fruit AND yogurt

    Lunch have something like soup AND a sandwich, or a main meal

    Dinner have a substantial main meal, plus also something for dessert such as yogurt with fruit.

    Also try to include healthy snacks mid morning, mid afternoon and evening, such as fruits, yogurts, cereal bars, etc.

    If you want to build muscle include lots of high protein foods such as meat, fish, nuts and grains.

    If you want to gain weight in general include lots of carboydrates such as pasta (but try and go for wholewheat to keep it healthy), bread etc.

  5. ^^ eat lots of carbs and avocados shakes ^^ it has half and half milk and if u want condensed milk and a bit of sugar and avocados it has lost of calories and good XD i'm asian in many countries its considered butter thats even the name for it ^^ its healthy too also order from pho restuarant ^^ yummy or look online for the recipe ^^http://www.recipezaar.com/148702

  7. Carbs & Proteins then like pasta, potaoes and rice. Lots of Tuna and Pasta is what body builders  seam like to eat.
