Depending on the sized of your community....buy a roll of raffle tickets at Wal-mart and enveloples or money bag and jar for the money and tickets to be in.  Either do it yourself or get some help from relatives to assist you in going around in your community and sell tickets 1 for $10 and 3 for $20 and giving the cause and a date, place, and time of drawing.  Post signs with info of raffle drawing with a phone number to reach you and others who are selling tickets.  Hope this helps.

Raffles fall under the jurisdiction of the gambling laws in your state. Usually only charitable organizations (churches, schools) can hold raffles/bingo/lottery. Check with your county district attorney's office. They would know. Here's another good source:
