I want to re apply 4 my passport in india but i am married and my relationship with my wife is not gud pl help

hi i am living in india and my wife is in U.S ......and our relationship is not good so i want to apply for passport and if i want to reappy for passport then i have to show myself as married and i don't want to put her with me in any paper work and what if i didn't give her divorce or something i am not sure that i am gonna be able to live without her and if i didn't put her with me and some how we start living together and if they ask how come you don't show your self married in the passport ...............then how i can apply for passport so plz help me guyz

was your marriage transcribed and legalized with the immigration and laws of international marriage?

if you are legally married, you will have to answer to questions relating to marriage in the questionnaire,on applying for your passport,

you cannot omit or hide your legal status, it will be considered as fraud,

You can not avoid your status while applying for the passport. If you are legally married then there is no way out other than to include her in your passport. You can decide about your relationship, how you wanna go about it and then apply for the passport if you are so unsure.
