Hi, first of all thanks for deciding to go Basara

--The destiny of all vedas,sarva mantra yantras Godess Saraswati temple.

You can catch buses right from 6 am at Jubilee Bus Station, sec'bad. You will reach Basara within 5 to 6 hours.

Dont forget to buy a pen which you will give to poojari to kee the pen at the godess feet. Have darshan and also perform Kumkuma pooja to the godess. Its so good and unique.

Buy prasadams like laddu and bring home and share them with your friends and relatives.

Again from Basara to hyderabad direct buses may ply or else you need to go Nizamabad first then plenty of buses you can get in to reach hyderabad.
